Thanks to our recent public relations efforts for long-time client, Chagrin Yoga, I had the opportunity to accompany the Chagrin Yoga team as they filmed a live segment on Channel 3's "Good Company" program. The segment aired on Monday, March 12th and featured owner, Darcy Providente describing the many benefits yoga can have for men, including cross training, injury prevention, back pain relief and stress reduction. Chagrin Yoga instructor, Lori Grbac and her husband, Elvis Grbac, an avid yogi and retired NFL quarterback were there to demonstrate poses.
